MWD ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING, TROUBLESHOOTING, & REPAIR
ENVIORNMENTAL TESTING
All MicroTesla directional instruments are tested at high temperature during several cycles in our manufacturing process. In addition to thermal soak and thermal cycling, all tools are calibrated and roll tested at high temperature.
All directional instrument electronics are pre-screened for premature failures using a 3-axis vibration apparatus, vibrating every sensor at temperature prior to shipping.
TROUBLESHOOTING & REPAIR
MicroTesla uses trained, experienced repair technicians to conduct directional instrument evaluations, troubleshooting, and repair. We have a repair cycle time goal of 30 days or less pending customer approval.
MicroTesla supports all soldering techniques including SN63, SN96, HMP and Gold solder. All soldering is done to IPC 610, Class 3 specifications, and quality inspected by IPC 610 Certified Inspectors. All repair and rework is completed in conformance with the original equipment specifications.
