A 3-Meter, 3-Axis Helmholtz Coil Test Facility
We can provide calibration services for most magnetic directional steering sensors used in the industry. Our calibration facility has dual, three axis Helmholtz coils that enhances accuracy and continually monitors the ambient magnetic field during the calibration process. Directional sensors and modules are calibrated at temperatures up to 200°C using a computer controlled data acquisition process and customized sensor modeling.
The troubleshooting and repair of all equipment is performed by trained, experienced technicians. Repair and rework is performed to the original equipment standards. To ensure consistent application of our assembly and test standards, repair work is performed by the same experienced assemblers and technicians who build al of our new equipment.
MicroTesla assemblers are experienced in hand assembly and rework of both through-hole and surface-mount board designs, working with a range of solder types, including SN63, SN96, HMP and gold solder. Environmental screening programs can be designed to meet individual customer requirements.
